Your Go Live Checklist

    've updated our Onboarding process for Merchants who are getting ready to go live on TheMarket. Check out the article here

    are no longer requesting replacements/re-ships from merchants (under any circumstances, even if customer requests). TheMarket Customer Service team (CS) will reach out to merchants to advise them about the Incorrect/ damaged item as soon as the customer notifies us.

    For damaged orders, CS will check if the item is needed back or could be disposed of (Example: Broken Glass). CS will then arrange to get the item back from the customer and a refund will be initiated once TMC receives the item back. CS will send an item link to the customer to prompt them to re-order.
